Fuji 6MBP100RS120 is a power transistor module made by Fuji Electric. It belongs to the 6MBP series of power modules and is designed for use in high power switching applications such as motor control, power supplies, and inverters.

6MBP100RS120 module consists of six insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) arranged in a three-phase bridge configuration. It has maximum collector-emitter voltage 1200V & maximum collector current 100A, the module also includes built-in temperature sensors & short-circuit protection, suitable for high power applications.
