The “008004 ultra-micro chip multilayer ceramic capacitor mass production and key technology research” project, by solving technical problems such as end-capping, rapid sintering and testing, the characteristic capacity range of the C0G MLCC developed from 0.2 pF to 33 pF, The characteristic capacity of X5R MLCC ranges from 0.1 nF to 22 nF.

The Evaluation Committee believes that the two projects are innovative and have generally reached the leading domestic level, and agreed that the project passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.
