At 17:19 on October 9, 2019, “ZNDS Information” signed a release titled “Lemon Xiaomeng” titled “New members of Xiaomi’s home appliance series! The Xiaomi Refrigerator will be unveiled on October 11: Haier OEM” article, and caused other media to forward it.

Regarding this malicious hype that deceives consumers, misleads the public, and has no bottom line, Haier solemnly declares:

1. This is a false report. Haier refrigerators have never been OEM for the brand.

2. Haier reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities of relevant media and enterprises in accordance with the law, hereby declares!
