Warranty Scope

All products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty scope includes:

  • Other functional abnormalities, such as power supply abnormalities, touch function abnormalities, heat dissipation abnormalities, and software function abnormalities.

Warranty Period

If a quality problem occurs outside the warranty period, the seller may charge a repair fee. The specific charging standards are as follows:

  • Charge by parts: The price of parts is based on the market price.
  • Repair period: 7 working days.

Return or Repair of Goods Shipping

  • If the quality problem is caused by the buyer, the shipping of the return or repaired goods shall be borne by the buyer.
  • If the quality problem is caused by the seller, the shipping of the return or repaired goods shall be borne by the seller.
